The history of the building goes back five generations to approximately the 1880’s
The building's history spans five generations to the 1880s when Haralmambos Toyas got the stone and barrel tile roof structure built. Indoor plumbing was added later, and the first floor had a kitchen with a wood-burning stove. Fond memories of family gatherings in the 1970s, with ten family members spending holidays together. The location was perfect for easy access to the beach and town. Chickens, fruit trees, and a water well were also part of the property's past.
The property was extensively renovated in 2019
with only a few original elements remaining. The building was connected to sewer and underwent a complete rebuild, including structural improvements, new roof trusses, insulation, and more. Local tradespeople and artisans, managed by Architect Kostas Bafis, restored this historically significant property. With five units that can accommodate up to 24 guests, we're proud to continue Zoe's Villa legacy as a family-owned property for five generations. Join us for a memorable stay!
